New tires
Well I saw that I had zero tread on the inner edges of both front tires. So it was time. C6 tires are hard to find. at least in No. Texas! Firestone is back ordered at least 1 maybe 2 months. Goodyear non super car tires are back ordered at least 3-4 weeks. My GY dealer had one set of Super Car tires in stock so I grabbed them even though they weren't my first choice. I just turned over 19K miles on my original SC tires and I wanted a bit more life out of the new ones, oh well.
I was amazed at how the car feels now! Like new, quiet and more sure footed feeling, if you know what I mean. You don't realize how bad the warn tires are until you get new ones...
MY GY dealer matched the Discount Tires price but with everything, including road hazard and alignment it ran $2300.
Guess I need to set up a savings plan for 2 years from now...

Rides pretty good considering they put 34 lbs in the tires. 
Guess they can't read the sticker on the door... Oh well, easily fixed.
What I was worried about was scratches on my polished wheels, but after close inspection I couldn't find a one.

Big Joe,
You might want to realign your front for the camber your front tires were set at the factory.
Unless your into racing around a track.
I had to do the same you did last fall. But I went with Kumho.

. Still I was surprised how badly the inner 2 inches had warn. Got an appt. for an alignment next Saturday.
