They don't come with locks from the factory--to my knowledge it's not even an option.....so if you've got them, either the dealer or prior owner (if you're not the original) may have added . . . assume you've searched the glove box and the two rear cubbies?
Otherwise, try your local rod or tire shop . . . good luck

From what I read and see on t v , locking lug nuts are a waste of money...Takes an experienced theif no time to remove. Concensus is that unless you use locking lug nuts on "ALL" lugs it is a waste of money and will not discourage theft !!

you may be right, but it just might prevent this (actually happened to me)
Yes, I had a car that looked similar to the wheel-stripped car in this thread. And you'd better figure a very, very unusual place to hide the locking lug nut.
Mine, the meatheads actually knew where it was and used it to take off all 4 wheels. But it was a "contract" job for exactly 4 wheels, so they left the brand new, full size wheel in the trunk. A few more seconds could mean the difference between escape and capture.

Gorilla sells a set of 20 for around $70. That's the way to go.
Years ago (the '60's-'70's) I had Chevelles,GTO's, etc with Keystone/Cragar S/S wheels and always used the McGard lock. One thing always cautioned back then was that the locking lug was significantly heavier than the stock lugs and you needed to have the wheels balanced (bubble balanced) with the lugs in position. Not sure how relevant this is today...
I'm on the fence for the lugs, I like the idea of getting a set of black ones to match my wheels, and might just for that reason.
However, one thing I don't like about locks is if a thief really wants them, they will know how to do it...or they might end up smashing a window to try to get in your glove box for the key leaving you with no wheels and a smashed up window/interior.

An even bigger problem with wheel lock is getting them off when YOU don't have the key. I see this come up quite often. Lost key or bought a car and discovered later it had wheel locks and no key. Then the wheels get torn up trying to get the locks off. I had the McGuard locks for my C4. Kept them in a drawer and made the new owner really happy when I threw them in free when I sold it. Stolen wheels isn't a major crime category and, if it does happen, that's what insurance is for.
not standard or even an option. dealer has McGard or you can order from GM Parts House (CF vendor) for 32-40 bucks. the idea is to make it less easy for someone to steal your wheels such that they may move on to your neighbors car instead!
