Vert or Z???

Okay guys it will be time to trade in my 06 soon and Im trying to decide if I should go with a Vert or a Z06...I love the Z...The power, the look and the sheer misteeek of it all. BUT, no open top! I bought the coup because of the removable top and everytime I see a Z I question my decision. I know if I bought a Z and saw a vert or coup for that matter with the top down in the summer time I would question myself. So Im stuck! What do you guys think? Cost is not an issue...Theres nothing in the world like driving with the wife with the top down. But then again, Nothing in the world is like pulling up in a Z. Why the hell dont they make a Vert with a widebody option or a Z with a removable top???
Okay let me get some REAL opinions here please...
BTW...Next car will probably be YELLOW...

I vote vert........but we have seen many times here, anyone who has a serious urge for a Z and doesn't get one ultimately regrets it. If you want a Z you should probably get it while you can.

No regrets with my vert. I was fighting with your same decision too. I had a C5 coupe before the C6 vert and there is no comparison between the two when the tops are down/off. The vert is really a different car with the top dropped. And yes; go Yellow!

Get the vert. Z06 is not something you should be talked into. You either know you want a Z06 or you don't.

That's why I have a Vert. Only issue is that it is not easy to get on the track with a Vert without a roll bar.

I was at the same spot, got the Vert and have no regrets.

I have trouble using the 430hp the LS3 has without fearing for my driving record.

From your post I would say you better get a Vert as you will miss the open top more than the Z power.

Did look....Where do you live?

I live in Charleston, SC and can drop the top some of each of the 12 months. A few mods and I have never needed the power of my 06-C6-A6.
nothing like a Vert!!!!!!
