Mike76002,
Wow that looks great! I thing your set of silver stripes
would also look great on a CRM with the painted comp
wheels.
What do you guys think?

Craig,
If you got GM comp gray wheels, then go with metallic gunmetal to match the wheels.
They would look super and I guarantee it

Mike,
Could you post a pic of that combo? I didn't know you
had any gunmetal grey stripes and yes that would be
a terrific combo. I am very interested.

Craig,
I have over 300 colors so you name a color and I'm very much have it
For C6's, I only have pictures of the gunmetal for rail stripes so it is really small to check the color.
But I got some metallic gunmetal on an early red C5 (forgot the color name, not torch red, not mag red)
You can look at them at this link http://www.vettestripes.com/cemr.html

***BTW, I will have all color available soon on my website
Mike,
There is no name/id # on the dark blue vette with the
silver strips. This would probably be the one for my vette.
I'm not sure about color yet but am deciding.
Are these easy to install or should I let a pro do it?
Craig
That REALLY pops. Is this a HDR picture? LOOKS AMAZING!!! My favorite pic of LMB yet. I almost went with LMB but opted for black instead, now I am thinking I may have messed up.
No, no, no...I disagree. I normally don't like stripes at all on the C6, but I think yours look very nice. I have a LeMans Blue C6 and I'm very surprised how nice that looks. I don't know if I like it enough to do it to mine, but if I did, I would do it exactly like yours...do not extend those stripes!
Mike, Silly question but how difficult are these to put on..I have average ability but lack the real talent to put them on like an expert...Can you wet and soap these where you can move them a bit until they are correct???
Thanks

Doug installed the stripes himself and I believe he is first time as well.
The installation is pretty easy if you are a patient person and take your time to do it ...
You cannot rush anything ...
And yes, it is wet application where you mix baby shampoo with water.
You got about 5 minutes or so to move the stripes around ...
Also, if you damage any piece during installation, I send the replacement at 50% off.

What are you talking about? I do not understand this concept.
Roger
It is not that hard, but it does take some time (several hours).
I filled a spray bottle with water and added some soap and then just soaked the area where one piece of the stripe is to go. After peeling the stripe off of the backing and putting the sticky side down on the soapy water covered surface, the stripe will float and it can be easily positioned (and repositioned. Until then it slides around and sometimes sticks in place. If it sticks a bit too much I just lift and squirt in more soapy water. It then slides freely again. As soon as you squeegeed it down it will stick fairly well. Work from the center out so you do not trap air bubbles. After you squeegee on one piece, water down the are for the next (water on top of the stripe does not make it move around).
oops I missed the emoticon - the concept of patience is harder to explain...
