Went to trade my truck in on an 08 1lt tonite in NJ, pouring rain here in SNJ. My 2nd trip to this dealer,I was drawn back with the No Interest GM promotion. So I had test drive the same 08 last month.
The Salesman or Order Taker all the same tells me I have to take a test drive in the rain or his boss wont do a deal. Told him no need for drive as I couldnt drive it like I wanted to in the rain.
End of story no deal offered.

I did not do a test drive at all. The salesman did ask me if I ever drove a Corvette before. I told him that I've owned 5 other Vettes, and still have an '88 at home.
