I'm thinking of buying a Corvette again. I had s 2005 C6 and 2006 Z06 coupe. I've been gone for a while and now I'm trying to lease a 2008 Corvette Z06. It's too expensive. A 4 yr Lease is 1100 a month. I'm tired of paying that much. I've owned a Z06, Saleen, and a Porsche. I want to lower the payment and I was wondering what you think of the convertibles. Also, are there any good finance programs out there?

Want to get the payment down ? Buy a Z51, MN6, 2007, coupe. You can get a steal on one right now and get 0% financing too. Forget this lease stuff, buy it, it will be cheaper in the long run and the car will keep you happy for many years to come.

Try writing this paragraph in ANY other language. I'm going to be in ITALY next week, I sure hope alot of people speak English.

Seriously here... some people directly advise that this guy get English lessons... others choose a more ironic mocking to send the same message (since this person has ignored such direct advice in the past, so I myself have chosen this path of sending my message)... others laugh and make jokes... whatever. All of the above are different ways of sending the message that this person shouldn't buy an expensive car when he is so clearly illiterate.
But, to actually advise this person to BUY a Corvette is nearly criminal, in my mind. Not ONE FURTHER DIME should be spent on a sports car before this person learns to read and write. And, any suggestion otherwise, or any advice on what Corvette to buy, is just plain WRONG. We're not talking about an eccentric millionaire that never learned English. Clearly payments and car retention are a serious problem for him... he is illiterate and uneducated... and CANNOT set his own priorities correctly. I think NOBODY here would be doing the right thing by telling this guy to go buy a Corvette right now.
