Brighter Backup Lights?

Anyone ever replace the 3157 size reverse bulbs to something a lil brighter? I see PIAA makes the bluer Xtreme White which is what most people use to repl. their DRLs and I have found plenty of those but I can't seem to find the Intense White that PIAA also makes which they say is a whiter...white.

Has anyone ever done anything to get more light?

I love the ones on newer Cadillacs, they have a purple tint to them. Anybody know which kind they are?

been looking for a higher wattage bulb... no luck so far... i have found different colors bulbs like the ones you have mentioned....

still looking!! hope someone drops a note here

There's a few different PIAA colors, an Extreme White which is bluer and I can find that one everywhere but they say they have an intense White which they say is a whiter color which would probably be brighter than stock but I can seem to find that color for 3157 size. Unless someone else has a better idea.

maybe HID reverse lights lol
