It's Here
Ordered a 2008 silver coupe, 3LT with automatic, Feb. 1, and it arrived at the dealership last night. I purchased it from Rick Daniel, and everything related to the sale went perfectly. Rick kept me up to speed every step of the way, remaining in contact via emails and phone calls. I picked up the car from Les Stanford Chevrolet in Dearborn, Michigan, and slowly drove it home around the puddles and potholes. Stayed up late with the new car, and my eyes popped open at 4:30 AM and I was right back there in the garage. Nothing unusual about this Vette, except that it's MINE! Here it is, minus chicklets and plus splash guards. My 61st birthday present. I have been reading the Corvette Forum regularly for the past few months and have learned a great deal from all of you. Plus, you are really funny people, and I enjoy the stories and anecdotes as much as the technical advice. Hello to everyone, Larry
