Dash Inperfection
I have a dark mark on the dash on the passengers side. (My wife was quick to notiice this one) Looks like a shinny darker grease spot. How can I get this out without taking the finish off of the vinyl ?

Any chance you can post a picture? It would help us diagnose the problem and perhaps suggest a solution.

Actually I think mine has the same thing - almost looks like the factory tried to 'patch' it there. It's really small, about the size of a dime and you really need to be looking for it.

I have the same thing on my dash, only on the drivers side. I noticed it shortly after I brought my vert home a couple of months ago. Since I bought mine used and it's not that noticeable, I didn't say anything to the dealer. I was thinking that maybe the prior owner had the windshield replaced andthe got a little silicone on the dash. I've tried blending it in with armorall, but it comes back.

It's a new car, The mark is the size of a quarter and is a darker blemish like someone spilled grease on it and blemished the finish but it is shinny. I wanted to know how safe/resilent this dash is to try and use somthing to take it off. On my toyota I tryed to get double faced tape off and found out that the dash color was painted on vinyl .Wondered if this was the same senerio?
