Has anyone received a call from the factory after taking delivery of their C6? I had a call and message on my answerphone but wife deleted by mistake. She's blonde but enough said about that!!!

 

Happens on a regular basis. I received call about 3 months after taking delivery. They just want to check and see how things are going and if you are happy with your purchase.

 

Yes. I received a call about a month after purchasing. Again, just checking to make sure things were OK with the car. Too bad I was @ work and had to listen to my answering machine too. Just good customer service in action !

 

I had one from the museum, I think. The guy was very hard to understand and it sounded like a prank phone call (mumble). I can see why your wife deleted it.

 

I believe the calls are from a marketing company hired by GM , it is not actually someone at the BG plant.
