Default strange problem

when I turn the steering wheel all the way (both directions), and accelerate, it feels like abs or something is engaging the brakes or something. I get this pulsating action thats really annoying. Anyone have any ideas ? Going to need to get it in the shop soon.

You didn't say how briskly you were accelerating, but it sounds like you're feeling the effects of scrubbing from the wide front tires and the difference in steering angle between the tires on the two sides of the car at full turn. I think it's normal unless it's something that didn't use to happen before.

It might be your power steering pump if you got it cranked all the way. Or maybe its just stability control preventing you from doing a donut.

Posi rear end chatter???? Maybe. Here is the latest TSB, see if it describes what you are feeling.

slow acceleration. it happend today pulling into a parking spot I almost drove by. cut the wheel, then went to go into the spot, and the car was shaking as it went forward. it was embarassing. it was in front of a dunkin donuts, and a bunch of people were watching the car as i pulled in.

pretty normal at slow speed . .especially noticeable on uneven surfaces but attributable to the big tires in my view . . .

I agree and would add that the limited slip in the rear end will make this more noticeable.....seems normal to me.
