Default Performance help ?

I have a fully stock 2006 and am looking for some HP/torque without too much effort/$$$ .. can somebody reccommend the best bang for the buck based on real experiences?

Headers and a tune. The C5 would get a nice hp boost from just aftermarket cold air induction and exhaust, but the stock C6 breathes and flows so well those mods alone probably won't get you 10hp.

I guess that depends on the severity of the mod ..... some things, like headers is doable but I'm not a tuner ... so I would have to get that done by others.

Headers and X-pipe with hi-flow cats should add around 25 hp.
