A NAM title is issued when the owner discloses to a DMV mileage fraud, a broken odometer or that the actual mileage of this vehicle is unknown.

All member input on this would be appreciated...

Mileage reported after this reading is potentially unreliable.

Hard to tell without seeing the rest of the report, was it sold at auction? It could mean when it went to auction they did not have keys for it so could not get a mileage reading, so that is what they put down. Sometimes it means nothing, sometimes it means.....

Speedo might have been changed for a warranty reason, but if a GM dealer does it, they will usually set the odometer back to the one they took out. Have you asked the sealer if he knows anything?

Be grateful you ran the check. There are plenty of others out there, who knows what that car has been through.
Just a thought, remember all of the flooding that has taken place in the southern part of the country, perhaps, just perhaps this may have been one of those cars.

This is enough to keep me away from the car "Mileage reported after this reading is potentially unreliable."
I bet the warranty is potentially unreliable also.
