My CTS-V had F1 Supercars. They stuck like glue but wore out in 6,000miles. The tires on my F55 coupe don't stick as well, but are still in good shape after 10,000 miles.
The regular runflats have 10/32 tread depth to start with and a wear rating of 300. The Supercars have 9/32 to start with and are rated at 220 for wear. Both are speed rated to (Y) which means 186+, which is the highest speed rating available. Supercars are softer to stick better, but wear out faster because of this....a standard tradeoff of performance for treadwear.
