Navigation update disk
I bought my 06 vert with nav. in january of 06, I received a updated disk about 1 year later, which really did not update at all, my house and street is stii not on the disk, anyway, aren,t we suppose to get 2 free updated disks? I haven't received my 2nd disk yet. Am I right or are we not suppose to get 2 disk upgrades. thanks

i got my car in january of last year. called GM about the updates and this was what i was told. "you are intitled to two updates. let us know when you want the first one". we do not automatically send them out. we do send notifications but not everyone gets them". that's what i was told, FYI. just call yourself.

I just ordered my new one yesterday, the guy I spoke to told me that a new one should be released around August or so and if I wanted to wait until then to order it. I thought about it than asked him for the current one. We'll see how I feel in August about ordering that version then. They must be back in stock 'cause he said it would be about seven days shipped by UPS.
