Picked my car up at the Museum on the 17th and the experience was everything and more that you all indicated on the Forum. Thanks - I would encourage anyone to take the Museum delivery. Everyone involved in the process bent over backwards to see that we had a great time and we did. Touring the plant and seeing all the various parts morph into what we drive away in was really exciting.
Took 2 1/2 days to cruise the 1,000 miles back to Florida. For the first 500 stayed off the interstate and enjoyed many single lane winding roads. Great way to break in the car. This will be my daily drive and I can see the possibility of getting lost on the way to work. Fortunately I work for myself so I shouldn't get in too much trouble.
Fantastic, congrats on the new car. I have another month and a week or so before my new '08 comes...it sucks I haven't driven my '07 since October...then it got traded during the winter.
CONGRATS!!! Yea Lori and the museum crew really are top notch and will bend over backwards to make it a very memorable experience. Enjoy and welcome!!!!
