Just got a new Blackberry and Plantronics bluetooth ear piece and have noticed some very strange things when in the C6. First, when exiting the car the 3 beeps indicating I left the FOB in the car went off....but it was in my pocket. When I came back out the ignition and fan were on and the thing beep 3 times again....6AM the neighbors were none too pleased.
The next time my seat memory was all hosed up...wouldn't go to exit position....and today, the doors unlocked but the rear hatch wouldn't pop open. I turned the phone off and had to start the car before it began to function normally.
All these were resolved when I turned bluetooth off in the Blackberry and cycled the ignition.
Am I just late to this party? Anyone else having these problems with their C6 and a Bluetooth enabled phone?

I use a Plantronics bluetooth ear piece in my C6 with no problem to my FOB or memory functions.
Bluetooth is a network between two compatible devices paired to communicate with each other. Nothing in the C6 supports this technology, so it is irrelevant.
While seemingly related, the incidents you describe are coincidental at best.
From: North Strand, NMB, SC; Retired x 2 (US Army: 70-90 AD) (US Army: 91-16 DAC); yea, I'm old.
I have a Motorola Z9 w/Plantronics Discovery earbud (personal) and Blackberry 7290 w/Bluetooth smart card reader (work) and I haven't had any problems with my '05 coupe.
The 7290 is an old BB unit and you have the newest BB unit so perhaps that is what is causing a problem. But then again, keyplyr says the C6 doesn't support Bluetooth so it's anyone's guess what is causing the problems.
I recommend you sell your Z to me (at a considerable discount in view of the diminished value due to unresolved technical problems) and be done with the problem...
Good luck...I will be watching to see what happens.
The C6 wireless communications run on the 430 MHz ISM band, where Bluetooth is usually on the 2.4 GHz band. And cell phones mostly use the 800 MHz and 1.9 GHz bands. So there's no real overlap or potential for interference in the intentional emissions.
However, many such devices emit relatively small amounts of unintentional emissions (leakage) far out of the operating band.
So make sure your key fob, cell phone, headset, etc. are in different pockets, or separated by as much distance as feasible. There should be no problems in that case, but may well be if they're very close or touching.

I have an '08 C6 and I regularly carry a Razr with the bluetooth always enabled as well as a Blackberry Curve which is always on. I've never had any of the problems you describe. Sounds like you may have other gremlins.

I've had both a bluetooth phone and C6s for several years now. No issues whatsoever. Not a Blackberry, though. Maybe there is some issue with their _implementation_ of Bluetooth.
I just put in a Kenwood NAV receiver with blue tooth a few weeks ago. I use my Windows Mobile phone and my wifes Blackberry Pearl in the car connecting through the Kenwood by blue tooth and have never had a problem.
