oops. should have read everything.
I have used Rustoleum and Krylon on the wheel wells to make them black. I just put a coat of wax on the vehicle then take it off after I am done spraying. I have used tire shine on wheel wells for years. An old used car trick. It makes a big difference. Just use the cheapest stuff you can find.
