Look under there-it's held on by 5 or 6 screws I think.I just read this somewhere!!
Little more to it than that, but still very easy to do at home. I am out of town or I would post the picture from the Service Manual. 3 screws at the lower corner on each side. You have to pull back the inner fenderwell to get to them. Pull out a few of the 2 piece push pins so you can pull back the fenderwell and you can easily get to the 3 screws on each side. I think there are 2 screws or clips in the center. Unplug the wiring for the backup lights and that piece will slide right out.
