Germany is a good place to learn drive right pass left. You either learn, end up with a big ticket or cause a big accident. There are some real idiots on the You Tube comments.

... That guy is going to kill himself or someone else.
VERY good thing that guy in that camera car did not change lanes about two seconds earlier!!! He was catching up to that other car in the right lane and was preparing to pass!!! It was a cool sound when the ZO6 went by though.......
Remember, it is not speed that kills as often as speed DIFFERENTIAL.......just think if that car had changed lanes, that Vette would not have stood a chance of slowing down or avoiding him........
I have watched that video over and over. As cool as that would have been in a controlled situation, it was incredibly insane, dangerous and dare I say stupid. In the last week we have seen two Z06 fatalities, there is a time and a place for that kind of driving.
Been there, done that. Uhhh . . . I was the guy in the right hand
lane.
Most memorable place to me was north of Paris. Traffic moving
at 140 mph (est). I got my little rental car up to 105 mph, and
they were still whipping by me.
European drivers are in a different league from American drivers.
Over there, you drive. And nothing else. I rather like it.
just think if the z06 was in 6th... sounds a little throttle back...hahah
Aweome post, was the guy in the panda gonna pi$$ himself or some other evacuation....

Yes, the speed differential between a moving vehicle and a bridge abutment can be hazardous to one's well-being.

No reason why Americans cannot do the same. It's a matter of driver education. Unfortunately, lane speed hierarchy is inexistent in the US and truck drivers have no respect for lane changes and lane hogging.
A driver should drive - he/she should not talk on the phone, play with the radio, shave, read, eat, apply make-up, and so on...
