Hey guys I read it before but cant find thread. How do I upload pictures on the post, are there any restrictions as far as size, and is it open to all.

Use a host website like Photobucket. Upload your pics to the web site, then you can copy and paste them on a thread.
There is no limit on the Forum but a free account at photobucket limits the size to 1024 x 768 max. That size is more than enough to post on a thread. 800 x 600 also work well.
