Cracks around valve stems

Cracks around valve stems
I just noticed some small cracks around the valve stems on my C 6's polished alum wheels. The cracks are on all 4 wheels and all are around the stems. Any ideas what causes this and has anyone else had this problem?

Have same thing...clearcoat finish issue...I went to GM and they told me to pound sand...even went to arbitration and lost...Now I have to go spend another $K for something they should have backed up. Thats why when GM cries about profit losses, I consider it payback for what they have done to all of us...
