Default Blisters In My Clearcoat!!

Let's try this again. Is there any way to repair clearcoat? I have a number of small areas on the front nose of my '06 where the clearcoat has actually lifted and peeled. the largest of these is approximately 1/2 inch in diameter. A Bounce sheet won't repair these; nor will wax or polish. I originally thought that lovebugs' acidic body fluids had caused this, but someone else has suggested that it was probably caused by using a high-pressure car wash which allowed the water to get under the clearcoat where it had an existing hole in it from road debris and then lift it forming a blister. So, does anyone know if it can be repaired or do I need to have the entire piece sanded and refinished?

Sounds like it was re-painted in the past....The only way to really fix it correctly is to completely re-finish the nose (by someone who knows how to prep the car..)
