I have a problem with a part on the rear of my 07 coupe ( don't know the exact part name) it is black and the backup lights are attached to it.
Anyway I think I missed the area while washing the car and put Rejex over the dirt and now there is a light greyish streaky color on it where it should be black.
I tried scrubbing it with a toothbrush and Simple Green to no avail.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to correct this problem?
On most polishes or waxes, they recommend not getting it on rubber, gaskets, etc. because it can leave a residue. Not really sure how to get it off but I'm sure something has to.
The ForumCare section may have some answers, as well. Good luck.
