AVIC-DD3 Rebate
I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right section here. If I'm not I'm Sorry.
I purchased an AVIC-D3 Pioneer Nav. system for my C6 back in February and I still have not recieved my rebate. I bought it from Ti-Motorsports. I was wondering if anyone else in here is going through the same thing. I know it normally takes atleast 6-8 Weeks but its beeen about 4 months now. Also does anyone know how to get a hold of "C5 Kidd" I bought the unit through him.
Any Help would be appreicated. Thanks in advance...

I also have an avic-d3 , but mine was purchased from a local shop. I recieved my rebate in about 6 weeks. It sounds like there is definetly a problem with yours. Call this number 800-421-8488 . That number is the department that is only working on rebates.

Since i did not buy it at a local shop C5 Kidd told me to email or fax in the rebte form to him and he would take care of it, but now i can't seem to get a hold of him. :toetap

apparently he wasn't an "Authorized" dealer at the time (but was working on it...) Good luck!

Same here. I have not received my rebate either. Sent a PM on Sunday and waiting for an answer.

I love my D3...works like a charm. I have the ipod wire ran behind the dash to my glovebox with my ipod touch connected...the gps is a bit glitchy till it is finished with it's learning...then it sharpens up.

C5 Kidd isn't responding to email's or calls on this issue. I call Sound Idea's 1-800-421-8488 and spoke to Nancy. I was smart and make copies of all my stuff before I mailed it off to C5 Kidd. Nacny said to mail her a copy of it and they will work with me to get my rebate. I just spoke to them and they recvd my copies on May 27.
I am beginning to wonder if C5 Kidd and the Pioner Rep firgure out a way to rip folks off. I have thought about call the FL Att General to complain.

There is a thread about this in the C5 section and it looks like a lot of us are missing the rebates.
Go here http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1996165 and post that your missing the rebate. Looks like some Mod's over there are trying to resolve this.

I don't think it will be showing up. Back when I was still ordering and trying to get my package delivered he was impossible to get a hold of. I mailed him my upc and serial number and all that stuff back in the beginning of April but I have a feeling I won't be seeing it. If it shows up then I'm a jerk and I'm sorry for writing this but I just don't see it happening.
