radar detector problems with tinting?
Getting her tinted up tomorrow...............have an escort passport 9500i and can tint the windshield due to my wife having eye problems, but wondered if anyone has had problems with their radar detectors due to a particular type of tint used, particularly carbon? TIA

your radar should be fine it
should not make a difference.
my windows on my toyota are heavily tinted and the passport works as well there as on the untinted vette.

Good to here, but I was informed it depends what they use within the tint and especially if Carbon is involved? True or not true?
