Unfortunately our Master Bedroom extends over our front loading 2.5 car garage with a large beam running the width of the garage supporting the second level master bedroom extension.
Currently our garage has 12 foot finished flat ceilings on either side of the center beam.
The horizontal beam accounts for perhaps 1 foot so I only have 11 feet of clearance with the beam when entering the garage from the front.
How much ceiling height is required for a quality lift and are there any other type of quality lifts that would work with 11 foot ceiling heights in my garage?

I would say a mininum of 10 feet would be the minimum for most uses. You have 11 feet, that should work just fine. I'm planning putting my 65vert on top and my 2006 underneath. Most lift web sites have info to help you figure out your ceiling height based on height of the cars to be used.

I only have just a couple of inches below 10' and I can stand under mine with my head tilted forward slightly. I am 5'11", if you have 11' ceilings and are not 7' tall you should be able to stand under it fully erect.
