Have found a dealer demo '08 Coupe (2000 miles) with Orig. MSRP: $ 59,050 that I should be able to buy @ invoice or under. Does anyone have a conversion factor that would help me determine actual invoice cost to the dealer??

There is no conversion factor that I know of. Using my spreadsheet, I find that a 2008, late in the year, with 3Lt, Tintcoat, NAV, Magnetic ride, Auto, and chrome wheels has an MSRP of $59,050. That would make the "invoice" $52,155. Add 1% for Add fee, and you get $53,676 as the actual invoice (add fee varies by location). For actual cost, take off 3% of MSRP for a cost of $51,112. I don't know the market there in Florida, but I am sure I could order a 2009 for under invoice. I sure wouldn't pay that for a demo model.
I agree that there is no conversion factor currently. With or without destination charge, options calculate at a different discount percentage than the base of the car. Does the dealer have regional advertising charges. Start with trying to see the invoice and work from there. Even Edmunds.com will miss some numbers.
