Try ZWINBACK for $77 a year.
Ask them to BILL you, do not give them a credit card. They will charge about $2 to send you a bill, but if you give them a credit card, they will automatically charge the CC at the end of a year with the full-price for the next year.

Try "Cancel". In my first year I was given the $77.00 a year renewal. When the second year came I asked for it again and was told No. So I told them I wanted to cancel and was transfered to the cancellation department. When the rep got on the phone and asked "what can I help you with" I said give me the $77.00 per year renewal. He said OK. Then I asked to be mailed a bill so I can pay by money order. Done!
