I can see why it wouldn't show on the build sheet since it's not factory installed. Did it show on the original window sticker?

While the GCA Ultimate package can be ordered at the time of the purchase it is a dealer installed option. This "site" as you call it is the National Corvette Museum, they are not some fly-by-night website. The museum enters the vehicle VIN in to the GM VIS and obtains a list of the RPO codes used in the assembly of the vehicle. From this the populate a build sheet which is an exact duplicate of the build sheet that the assembly plant uses to put the car together. If you were to look at the build sheet from the plant for your car, it wouldn't have the personalization package on it either. This is a dealer ordered, dealer received, dealer installed customization package that is nothing more than a few bolt on, glue on items from Genuine Corvette Accessories.
