Default Oil Temp
80 degree day, coolant temp is 195, with a 160 t'stat. Oil temp is 214. Is that normal for oil temp?

Yep, that's about what I would see in my 05.

Mine would be 217 to 221 - but a bigger motor makes a little more heat. With the LS2 I was around 205 with a 160 stat.
