His name is Chuck Coupland, Coupland Signs, he is located in LaPorte Texas near Houston. His email is copesigns@aol.com for anyone that is interested. Yes retired police pilot!!! Don't fly many rotors today. Have a Bonanza, and fly company planes..King Air's to Lear 45's. Tough job but somebody's gotta do it. But the price of gas today, it's cheaper to fly the Vette around..LOL.
