Nice. Tonight I went to the movies where I had to park in a parking garage. I went to the last level and parked in the last spot, all alone. I didn't take two spots or park on an angle. When I came out of the movie, some a** in a beater parked next to me with about 8 inches in between our cars. I had to pull out in order for my wife to get in. So annoying, I'm glad they weren't around when I saw it.
Those two shopping carts are giving the Vette the stink-eye!
Keep those carts away!!!

I parked at a local Tavern (semi-seedy) and found "spit" on my windshield when I came out. I have NOT been back.
Eeew, looks like you are one of those "take up two parking stalls" guys. Tell me it isn't so....
Yup, it appears so. I don't get people that do this. So you park way out of where anyone else will park, and you still take up two spaces? To me, that's just arrogance, and it only invites trouble.
When are people like that going to learn? No offense, but when I see a car taking up two spaces (and I'm driving my truck), I'll purposely park very close.
But, I parked my beloved 1978 Pontiac Trans Am away from everything in a parking lot 20 years ago, and some low-life keyed it badly. Ever since then, I never park my cars by themselves. They stick out like a sore thumb.
I don't know what the answer is. I plan to use my Vette for grocery shopping, but that parking lot scares me.

Actually, I took up three spots.
What's worse... the JackA$$ that takes more than one spot WAY OUT IN THE BOONDOCKS, or the IDIOT that parks real close to him way out there? Hmmm....

Perhaps an armed security guard would work.
This is Montana... I've got a "spot" for everywhere I plan to go. If the spot is taken, I'll move on to the next establishment.
taking a big risk parking like that. Your car looks like a rosebush in a wheat field. Taking two spots out in BFE with a bright yellow Vette is screaming I really have a special car come key me.
You want to park the car as safe as possible without drawing more attention to it from crazy jealous persons. I park away from other cars, never taking two spots. I try to make it look that other cars have left since I parked my car.
If you park like that here you would have been vandalized by some nut case.
I do agree with some of the other posters. There has to be some ego involved in parking like you have.
just recently a new mustang gt parked next to me and when i got into my car and got a good low look at his panels, his brand new car had a 3 door dings already... i really appreciated by fiberglass at that point

My bro (brother... really) just drove back from SLC with a used Stang he picked up from some Soccer Mom...
...anyway... it looks good. Nice lines. Body kit... roll bar (Vert) etc... however...
It's still a fuggin Ford.... sorry bro... kiss my Vette ****!!
Parking in the boonies taking up multiple slots is saying you're inconsiderate and paranoid. By not parking between the lines you are telling everyone else, by example, they don't need to either. Small wonder they park next to you. They are just telling you they agree! And you have the temerity to become angry with them for following your lead?
