Would you say you've gotten your money's worth, or would you have been better off paying for repairs out of pocket?

If you shop around, you can get GMPP plans at a discount, and you will probably get a return on your money plus peace of mind if a major repair comes up.
I got an extra 5 years, 40,000 miles for $1,070. I have gotten my money back on replacing both window regulators and a master cylinder.

I had it on my 02 and had to use it after the factory warranty would have expired - it more than paid for itself. So, I have it on 06 - havent used it yet.

This is exactly what i plan on doing this fall to my 08-I'd be interested in this type of scenario too, unless its too soon for an answer or it just depends on each dealer?

I've used it on every Vette I've owned except during the 60's. I'm a high mileage driver. Presently 78,800 miles on 2005 C6.

The most costly GMPP warranty repairs were on 2001 Vette...around $15k. So far on C6 GMPP repairs have been in the realm of $2800

IMO if you are going to drive it the GMPP is worth it. Repairs can be very expensive

Just bought 5 years for my H2 since I'm planning to keep the SUV for at least that long. I hope I don't have to use it but if I do, the coverage is there.
