Default Tire Pressure question

My new c 6 says reset tire pressure monitor on the DIC
I push the Reset button- says reset accepted.
Do I need a diagnostic tool ?? To make it ??
I can not see tire pressure on my DIC
And reset tire pressure comes again

assume you will need to have the sensors reset from the write up. dealer can do or you can purchase tool and do it yourself. unless you are going to be changing tires a lot (i.e. tracking car), I would just let dealer reset.

The sensors need to be registered. Take it to the dealer or most good tire shops.

The reset that you are performing will clear the error message for that ignition cycle. It sounds like you have a defective or unregistered TPS. Is this a new sensor? Did you have wheel work done? Did you have new tires put on the car? How old is the car? Are you the first owner? Need more information.

The only way to register the TPS to the car is using a tire pressure monitor reset tool. Most dealerships and tire outlets will have one that will work with your car. The car needs to be put into learn mode and all four TPS will have to be reset to log the sensor id with the car.

Its a new car, but maybe the battery has been disconnected, when it was modified for use in Sweden
