No it's 60 months for convertibles. I don't think that guy knew what he got. He also said he got a new 07 with it which doesn't make sense.

Mine said 0.0. I don't think there's any interest what-so-ever.

780 seems too high to require. Normally these kinds of things require a 720 credit score or so.

Honda uses that as a gimmick to get people in, not sure if Chevy does the same thing. VW on the other hand is great, you can get the promo APR with just a tier 2 credit

Just bought one yesterday. I was able to use my GMS# and they took the 0%/48 month as well. 699 credit score. No hidden costs. Only thing extra was tax and lic fees.

A year ago my local dealer wouldnt even take GMS on a vette let alone 0%!

I would buy one while they last if I was you.

This isn't the last of it....it's not like our economy is booming. However, I would like to know how many 08's are still around. I think some of you in the business have access to that information, I've seen it in years past.

It more about how many are left of what color, model, etc that you want. There were only 2 atomic orange 1LT, MN6, left yesterday in the whole state of CA when I bought mine (we need special emission cars). Now theres 1.

True 0%. Take your total amount and divide by 48.

Just bought a June 10 build 2008 Black/Ebony Z06, 2LZ, w/ RPO Q76 Chrome Wheels tonight (no Nav. - can be added). 2 miles at delivery

MSRP = $77,165 (w/ $850 dest.)
Invoice = $68,824.33 (excluding ad fee)
GMS = $66,684.88 out the door.

[for reference Invoice sans ad fees less 3% holdback = $68,824.33 - $2,289.45 figured on MSRP w/o dest. = $66,534.88. or about $150 less than GMS]

Payment = $66,684.88/48 = $1,389.27/mo (as per GMAC Contract)

720+ credit score

No add on dealer fees, etc. with the GMS.

Only kicker was, I couldn't apply my GM Card earning to the GMS deal, even an old blue GM Card. My $451 GM rebate will have to wait.

This was only because it was GMS priced, it had nothing to do with the 0%.

I have to pay my sales taxes in Kansas when I register it (I bought in MO).

More details on the Z tomorrow. Just spent some quality time with her out in the garage...man oh man this car is sweet!

Do a Google search for "Jeff Hardy Corvette Locator" to do your own '08 searching. They are starting to disappear in the good colors and option combos.

Wow! It sounds like people are getting great deals AND the 0% financing.

Around here (Minneapolis/St. Paul), if you want the 0% feature, the stealerships will not budge much from MSRP. And Heaven help you if you have a trade-in: low-ball city.

They will not give you a deep discount if you go with the 0.00% vs. paying cash or going with traditional financing.

My dealer told me you needed a credit score of 680 or better to qualify for GM 0% financing.

Why would you get an '07 when you can get an '08 for a similar price with the 0% financing and get the LS3, new trans, new steering, etc?
