Built the house 19 years ago and don't plan on going anywhere!(will be paid off soon) Just 2 of us and the house has 2200 heated square feet, so we don't need anymore room. As for the back garage, it is 14x26 with plenty of room to drive to and from it (see I have my "company" car parked on the side) so the rear garage is pretty good size. I don't believe any man can have to much garage space!!!

HOA's are The idea is good, but most HOA's get out of hand and try to control peoples lives with BS rules and regulations. It's my property! I paid for it! and like my vette...I will do as I please, No HOA is going to tell me I can't fly an American flag or even favorite sports team flag, in front of my house!!! (Notice USC Gamecock flag) Wow..I feel better.
