Imagine that you just won a new Corvette...
This subject comes up all the time, EXAMPLES: How did you decide... coupe/vert/zo6 ? Z51 or Magnetic Selective Ride? Everytime I think of buying a Z, I start thinking... Which car IS the best choice of a C6, well... Imagine that you just won a contest for ANY new C6 Corvette that you want, coupe, vert, ZO6, equipped any way you want it to be. NOW you have to pick the car, the color, and FACTORY ONLY options, and, MONEY IS NO OBJECT, and that is the point of this thread. Oh and G.M. pays the income tax on it too. So whats it going to be? Build your car here. http://jeffhardy.com/lookupvette.php For 2009's http://jeffhardy.com/lookupvette08.php For 2008's

Though I'm not too crazy about all of the exterior bolt-ons, I'd probably have to go with a Cyber Gray ZR-1. Under the terms of the fantasy, why not go top of the line? Of course, I could probably be just as happy with a Z06.

Crystal red 427 LPE with mild to wild switch, a complete DSVettes leather interior and a top o' the line audio and nav system but no amps in the back please. I need room for two sets of golf clubs.

I don't know...
This site is a treasure trove of valuable information about Corvettes, which is why I chose to join and tune in frequently. In fact, there are so many knowledgable folks here that many times I feel slightly guilty for not being able to contribute. There are so many who offer rapid answers to all types of questions, that often I don't (or can't) chime in.
But these type posts make me wonder. I see no value in it. Is it me? I know we all love these cars we drive, but I would feel silly answering this. I don't want to sound like a "better than you" type, but damn -- a little more adult approach would serve all here better. Just my humble $0.02 worth.

I'd pick a Cyber Gray coupe, automatic with 2.73s, two tone red/ebony interior, transparent roof, NAV, chrome wheels and NPP.
