does anyone experience either driver,passenger window not going up all the way after closing the door? it happens to me

Sometimes resetting the window indexing will fix that problem. Try this.
Raise the window and hold the up switch an extra 3 seconds. Release. Without lowering the window, hold the up switch again for 3 seconds. Release. Done.
