You mean fake wood, right? Else wise there are a bunch of 1950/1960's sports cars that had real wood interior pieces that looked great in their day.

Lots of people think that the fake aluminum paint look that the wood is hiding is tacky, too.

Even if you don't like wood, at least it is consistent. That put's it miles ahead of the majority of the eyesores people post pictures of here. Not even in the running for the Most Likely To Make You Barf award.
