Will zo6 rotors would fit on c6? or what other big rotors could i get?
Yes, they'll fit- assume you will add calipers too . . . Consider Baer as an alternate brand
and zo6 wheels on c6 or i will need wide rear?
Z wheels are wider than stock C6 but will fit under C6 fenders, but stick out a bit . . they will fit great if you're planning a wide body kit for the rear.
also will z06 sway bars work on c6
Yes- they'll work as will Z51 bars
and the last one, i live in MA, so it rain sometimes, do you think vararam is not safe for me? is there any other intake as good as vararam, but it is safer in rain?
If the car is your daily driver and you're exposed to areas of deep water, there is a risk for 'hydrolocking' the engine by sucking in water. I'll defer to others for suggestions on other brands.

Hope this helps . . .you might explain a bit more about what plans you have for the changing the car . . wide body kit, lowering, etc... and others might join in with better answers.
