Okay, after a good night's rest and recuperation and reading all the posts, I have come to the conclusion I used way, way too much NXT! I admit when I am wrong. I really glopped it on. I don't like the sponge they give you to use, though.
Anyway, this morning I pulled the Vette out of the garage into the sunshine and did the "Tony Stewart" WOW-AGOG-STARE!!
What little haze was left was very dry and it wiped off easily. My black beauty was truly a black beauty. A neighbor walked over and admired it (he has never done this before).
So, the moral is don't make a snap judgment, read and follow directions, and don't use a new product when you're tired and hot!
Tomorrow I take it on a cruise for the holiday.
