Stock offset for your original wheels is:
56 mm front
79 mm rear
12 mm is about 1/2 of an inch. Depending on how wide the wheels are (if they are the same overall width as the stock ones??) they should fit just fine. The rear wheels are going to stick out a bit more that the stock ones do. My rear wheels are 19X10.5 with a 65 mm offset, and with the stock tires, they fit (just barely) flush with the outside edge of the fender.........I like the look as it fills the fenderwell much better than the stock offset does.
