Default A Cyber Gray Sunday with pics

A perfect day in northern New Hampshire today!

I thought I'd get a few more pictures of the car while the sun was out. Also tried some semi-artsy shots with the side view mirror, and some close-ups of the Cyber Gray "glitter." It's a very tough color to catch with a camera but, if the light is right, you can see the complexity of it.

All these shots were on "Mountain View Road" and in the parking lot behind the "Mountain View Grand Hotel", our small town's biggest attraction.

And yes, I finally did have to install the front plate. It's becoming a high ticket risk not having it. I did trim down the plate as much as possible, and put it on the Top Flight bracket. Oh well.

BTW, the car was not clean when I took these, so Cyber Gray is very forgiving of dirt...not nearly as bad as black.

I like the pics, but I gotta find the moniker "live free or die" quite tongue in cheek regarding the whole front plate issue

Maybe you should test that theory out

I did test it out for 4 years with my 2005. I only got pulled over once for "speeding" ... 57 in a 55, seriously ... and he never looked at the front of the car. My wife however, is very nervous about driving without the front plate. Lately, with the state in a budget crisis, more and more tickets are being handed out. This is one of those "better safe than sorry" deals. I'm not at all happy about it, but my wife is probably right.

Very Very Nice...Even with the plate. Maybe the painted frame would look good.

Enjoy your Vette...

It's so close now! You'd better post a ton of pictures when you get!

Stan- those are great pictures. I've probably taken 50 pics of my car already, and there are only a few good ones. As you said, the gray is hard to get in the right light.

Nice pictures Stan. Regarding the Cyber Gray paint did you find the panel match between roof and body and front and rear facia to be right on ? I am curious because some metallics are really hard to provide a good match.

The panels all are a perfect match. Couldn't have done better myself!
