The front wheel opening extension on the Z06 is not a separate part. It is part of the inner fender housing on the Z06. Splash guards are usually on the back side of the wheel opening.
For a perfect fit, just get the brand new GCA splash guards. They look great and fit!

That about covers it. The Z06 rear guards are available but are a bear to make fit since the size and shape of the rear quarters are different between the Z06 and base model. The GCA guards are molded to fit, sold in sets of fronts and rears and look great in my opinion.
I am talking about the guards that go on the front side of the wheel well.
If your talking about the inner liner for the front fender, the answer to your question is no, the fenders are different. Not sure what other splash guard you might be referring to in front of the wheel.
Yes, the wheel opening extension on the FRONT of the front wheel opening is part of the wheel house inner and is not a separate part. The wheel house inner from a Z06 does not fit the base C6.
