Default Color question
Okay guys I just bought my first Corvette, an 09 Crystal Red 1LT, Z51, NPP. I have a question...Is this years Crystal Red Metallic a little darker than 08? Or are they the same paint code? It looks darker to me, but it isn't a very scientific method I am using to determine it.

It should be the same. GM did not change it.

Should be the same. I had my '08 CRM parked next to an '08 Caddy CTS with CRM paint and they are very close. It's a great color!

A friend of mine had an '08 CRM and traded for a '09. he thinks there is a little difference in them as well but nothing major.

The only color change I have heard is the silver ...machine now silver blade matallic and the addition of cyber gray metallic.

Default Color changes.
The angle of the sun, or lack of sun, changes your color drastically. Perhaps, that's what's fooling you. -- --
