Three beeps when opening door????

Three beeps when opening door????
With my number two fob, I get three beeps from the car whenever I open the door. I've gone through the settings for fob 2 and have the fob reminder off. Auto unlock is enabled, auto lock is not. I do not get this with fob 1. The two fobs are not in my pocket together when this happens. Everything functions normally, as far as I can tell, although the trunk sometimes won't open by pressing the outside release with this fob. There are no low battery or exit warnings and the car starts fine with it.
Any ideas about what might be causing the three beeps? It is annoying. If I can't figure it out I'll let my dealer take a look at it.

Just getting into the start of foliage season now. We had two hard frosts the last two nights, so the colors should start popping this weekend.

No problem with fob #1, just fob #2.

Maybe its telling you the memory setting for fob 2 are not set? i.e. mirrors, seat position etc. Try programming your seat memory #2 and get the double beep - then see if it does it.
