Which pics are you talking about? The pic in your avatar, pics you've submitted to the gallery, or pics you have hosted somewhere else and you're posting links to them in your thread?
You confused me when you mentioned both "time for the board to view them", which made me think you were talking about pics in the gallery and you mentioned putting them in a thread, which is pics hosted elsewhere or pics in an avatar.

What I did was when I started a new thread the page where you right your thread it has on top Title, to the right it has a bunch of smiles you can add to your thread then it has right above where you start wrighting it had a box and it says Insert Image so I hit that and went back and fourth to Photobucked and copied pics one by one and came back to my forum and clicked Insert Image again and added pics then hit post thread or sumit thread at the bottom of the box where you type. I have the pics in my computer in my pics and also in photobucket, Help guys

Okay, I'm not sure how or for what to use that icon that says "Insert Image", but that's not to insert your pics in a thread.
