Ideas?
Okay, so I got $150 in VISA gift cards as part of a birthday gift. I know it is not a ton of money, but I want to basically spend it on my car.
My only ideas so far are:
Catch Can
Leather Console Lid
Anyone got any other ideas of what I could spend the money on? It can be close too, like $200 or whatever. Looking for creativity here! Thanks!

I did the GM OEM leather console mod and love it. Shop around, you should be able to find it in the $90 range plus S&H.

Yeah that is what I am leaning towards. GP Parts Direct has them for like $90. I just found out I can't pout the catch can in with the stock air box, so that's out.
The leather lid does look sweet!

You got pics of what it looks like installed? Any details as to how the performance is on it?

I am feeling the short shifter thing, but wonder how hard the install would be...

Less than an hour and a few common tools. Very easy.... a very good thing to do... Within 3 days of getting mine home it had a Mild-2-Wild, a shifter, and splash guards.

I put in a Hurst shifter (gasp, not the MGW one) and it lets you use the stock shifter **** or any standard threaded ****. I put a Hurst **** on my old vette and loved it but I tried a Hurst ball and the stock **** on the C6 and I think I like the stock one better so I have it on for now and the Hurst ball is on my work bench in case I decide to switch...
