Why do you want to upgrade? Looks? Track days?
Bigger rotors and calipers will do nothing for you on the street, except MAYBE give you a slightly firmer pedal. Most likely more noise and dust as well.
That said, my order of preference is Stoptech, Brembo, Willwood, Baer (All but Baer make their own calipers). I've spoken at length with all of their tech departments and driven their systems on various cars.
